"AIR Ultimate Party" Auction

Official Auction Rules
AIR Ultimate Party Auction will be conducted August 30th 6am - September 30th 12am, by AIR ("AIR" includes the Asheville Independent Restaurant Association, Inc., including its officers, directors and members).
AIR reserves the right to postpone or extend the Auction Period. Rules are subject to change without notice, although revised rules will be posted as soon as possible.
AIR Ultimate Party Description:
AIR is auctioning a party for 60 or fewer people to be held at The Ramble Wellness Center. All expenses are covered and include food, beer and wine, set up and tear down, service and facility fees. Participating restaurants include Frankie Bones, Luella's Barbecue, Vinnie's, French Broad Chocolate Lounge and Mela. Wine is provided courtesy of Biltmore and beer is donated by Green Man Ales. Party must be scheduled by October 10th, 2010, and may take place between then and December 18, 2010. AIR reserves the right to replace any participating restaurant in its sole discretion at any time.
*All proceeds from the auction benefit Asheville Independent Restaurants Culinary Scholarships at AB-Tech.
Eligibility:
1. You must be a resident of North Carolina or South Carolina.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age.
Rules:
1. Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the Ultimate Party Give-Away. You are obligated to complete the transaction with AIR if you are the highest bidder at the end of the Auction Period and your bid is accepted by AIR. Unless you and AIR mutually agree otherwise, you will become the Ultimate Party Give-Away's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher from AIR. Voucher must be used by [date]. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final. No cash value on the voucher. AIR is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen vouchers.
2. Bid as many times as you would like during the Auction Period.
3. At the end of the Auction Period, the highest bidder wins.
4. Once notified, the winner must pay AIR within 48 hours throught the auction website. Payment must be made by Visa or MasterCard. If payment arrangements have not been made prior to the deadline, you will forfeit your bid.
5. AIR reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time. Should contestants have additional questions concerning rules of the Ultimate Party Give-Away Auction, please stop into the office at [address] or call [phone number] during regular business hours.
6. AIR, nor its sponsors, warranty the Ultimate Party Give-Away and will not held responsible for any participating restaurant closing or going out of business before the Ultimate Party Give-Away can be performed.
